In late August, Jessica Crow of CNTRD Wellness led a guided meditation class for some members of the Williamsburg community looking to enhance their wellbeing practices. Together in the natural setting of Carroll Hall Garden, the group explored the breath and its connection to the nervous system. Under Jessica's guidance, they used visualization to deeply connect with their innermost selves. The class was filmed as part of Jessica's upcoming trainings— 'The Power of Guided Meditation' course and the CNTRD Meditation Teacher Training.
One of our intentions at Carroll Hall is to provide a quiet and reflective natural space available to the community. This guided meditation class was a perfect use of our blooming, late-summer garden.
